We give clients the opportunity to engage in the 12 Steps Program. The 12 Steps Program is a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery from addiction, compulsion, or other behavioural problems.
Our counselling sessions are entirely private and confidential and involve a cooperative process in which a trained professional helps a client to identify and address sources of difficulties and concerns, that she or he is experiencing.
Mental health therapy
Our Mental Health counselors encourage clients to discuss and explore their emotions and experiences, endeavouring to help people with anxiety, depression, anger, stress and addiction issues.

Narrative therapy is a method of therapy that separates a person from their problem. It encourages people to rely on their own skill to minimise problems that exist in their life. Throughout life personal experiences become stories. The therapist seeks to help the person co-author a new narrative about themselves.
