    Yes, Our staff are fully qualified and have many years of experience working with addiction and mental health issues.

  • ARE YOU ACCREDITED?

    Our Counsellors and Carers are fully accredited through their professional bodies and we have strong links with DACA, who visited us in 2017 and are willing to endorse us.

  • MEDICAL STAFF?

    Bayside Private Care has 3 Doctors who assist with all medical and general well being. Our Doctors lead in this field with extensive experience in Detox and Alcohol or other Drugs.

    Our aim is for clients to embark on successful lives once they have completed their rehabilitation Program. Where Bayside is different and unique is that we stay in touch with our clients via SMS Broadcast and continue to offer help and support where required. We only work with a handful of clients at any given time so this means we can get to know you and your family on a personal level investing and helping you achieve your hopes and dreams.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED A REFERRAL TO ANOTHER SERVICE?

    Our counsellors have an exceptional record of picking up on previously undiagnosed mental health issues such as ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and even Sleep Disorders. We will be able to make the appropriate recommendations and referrals if necessary.

  • WHAT IS THE COST?

    Our Programme's are personally adapted to suit the clients needs. Our pricing is extremely competitive and is comparable to retreats in Thailand and considerably less than most even basic Rehabs in Australia.

  • WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?

    You will have the option of a Private Room in a beautiful retreat set on acres of land with nature on the peak of a mountain top.

  • CAN I BRING MY PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE?

    Bayside Private Care is Laptop and Mobile Ph Approved. During your stay with us you can use our electronic devices on request during business hours. Evening times you can phone loved ones which is arranged through Bayside Carer.

  • DO I GET MY OWN ROOM?

    Yes you will have your own private room unless specified. There are also lots of communal areas and 2 acres of land to rest and relax in.

  • CAN I MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH MY FAMILY OR LOVED ONES?

    Each Sunday is family day and you will be able to spend the day with your family and loved ones. There will be designated times each evening where you will be able to make a 15 minute phone call or your family or loved ones can call us at any stage.

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO ADDEND IMPORTANT APPOINTMENTS SUCH AS WITH LAWYERS OR CENTRE LINK?

    Yes, Its is important that you attend to practical issues. We will help you to organise any appointments that are important. If a member of staff is required to escort you this may incur an additional fee.

  • WILL YOU BE ABLE TO WRITE REPORTS FOR LEGAL ISSUES AND COURT MATTERS?

    Yes. We have a very high success rate of helping clients to resolve legal matters. We will also be able to attend court with you if necessary although this will incur an additional fee to cover the costs of the staff member.

  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FINISH THE PROGRAM?

    From day one we will be working with you to establish what you need to have a successful outcome once you leave our retreat. It may be that there are legal issues to resolve, in which case we will provide guidance and reports for you. Alternatively you may need help with housing, (such as sober living accommodation) and we will help you with that. Whatever the issue we will be actively working to make sue your transition to life after your recovery programme is a smooth transition.

  • WHAT DOES FREE LIFE TIME AFTERCARE INCLUDE?

    Life time aftercare includes ongoing access to all day programme activities including gym, art therapy, Group Therapy professional cooking classes, yoga, walking therapy, personal development and well being, urinary drug tests and 12 steps. Lunch and morning tea is also included. One on One counselling will be at a reduced fee. Clients are welcome to join us from 9am till 4pm during week days or simply drop in for a coffee.
